About the Role:
OCM is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Clerk to join our team in Monroe, LA! This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks for the operations department
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to daily operations
- Process and track orders, shipments, and inventory data entry
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure operational workflow and coordination
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing operational documents and reports
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures through accurate recordkeeping
- Respond to inquiries and route information to the appropriate teams in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant coursework a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
