  • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Support financial operations, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
